B”H This organization is a great resource for Olim and if you don’t have the Hebrew, you have protexia through Voleh :-).
We purchased an apartment and the renter decided to give us a hard time about paying the rent. Tzvi helped us to understand what our rights are and gave solicited advice on how to proceed. He also was patient with my questions about the actual wording of the contract.
I don’t know how they do this for free but if points in Shamayim are counted, they are helping some of the most vulnerable people that are trying to have a successful Aliyah.
