Expert help with IDF issue – Our deepest thanks to Tzvi for volunteering to help with our son’s complicated problems with the IDF. As olim facing a bewildering and well entrenched system that seemed determined to railroad our son into a dead-end job in the army because of misunderstandings over his education and medical profiles. Tzvi was able to get to the decision makers quickly and get his situation looked at again. While our requests through “channels” and the public complaints office went nowhere fast, Tzvi’ s efforts were able to get action. There are not enough words to thank him or Voleh for taking up our cause – pro bono, and with great professionalism.
