Tzvi Szajnbrum was ever so helpful! – – After being released from the army close to 6 months ago, I received a hospital bill in the mail that the IDF claimed they had already paid. Apparently, they hadn’t, and I was stuck with a huge bill that was the IDF’s responsibility to pay. After multiple attempts at contacting the Unit of Health in the IDF without success I was put in touch with Tzvi Szajnbrum. Tzvi set up an appointment immediately after speaking with him on the phone. He assessed the situation and took care of everything the same day! Within 12 hours of our appointment I was faxed all the relevant forms from the IDF stating that they had been contacted by Tzvi, and would be paying the bill immediately. Tzvi is very friendly, professional, and provided me with the most efficient service that I have seen so far in Israel!
